Corporate case study – Chapel Designers
Background
Corporate client ‘Chapel Designers‘ are a global floristry group delivering networking events all over the world. The business developed after founder Holly Chapple realised she was becoming a contact point for many corporate business owners looking for help and support. The organisation aims to educate, support and mentor members via seminars and networking events. This event took place in ‘Brixton East 1891’, a warehouse in Brixton, London.

Brief
Brixton East 1871 is a former furniture mill, located next to the railway line in the centre of Brixton. The property was converted into an event space in 2010 showcasing urban chic perfect for both private and corporate events. In this case, the brick archways and ‘shabby chic’ interior is the perfect canvas to showcase beautiful food and flowers. Our commission was to deliver a seriously classy three course meal with emphasis on stunning presentation and quality. This was music to our ears as we love a brief that showcases beautiful ingredients.
The Four Gables Touch
This is a corporate event in a stunning industrial building. The perfect event for classic food served with rustic garnishes. Heirloom tomato salad with burrata and micro herbs; rich slow roast pork belly with pomme puree served with a caramelised apple and calvados jus; butternut squash and ricotta cannelloni with a spinach, tomato and basil compote and a decadent edible chocolate garden with chocolate mousse, white chocolate ganache, carrot and orange ice cream, chocolate soil and edible flowers.
