Welcome to Four Gables Events, tell us a bit about your role…

It feels great to be a part of the team! My role here at Four Gables is to ensure you have high-quality wines, spirits and any other beverage, delivering a diverse and appealing range for whatever the occasion. As part of your journey, we will be in contact throughout to create an individual menu. You will then find me behind the bar with my team ensuring the drinks are constantly flowing!

Experience?

I have always loved meeting new people and found hospitality is a great way to do that. I started doing work experience in the industry when I was 14 and carried on doing so working in all aspects of events, food and drinks to the present day. I spent my last 2 years working at a prestigious wedding venue as a bar manager and assisting the coordinator in running the day of events so it feels amazing to carry on doing what I love.

What about you, what do you love to do – describe your perfect day?

The industry never really stops, but when I get a chance I love being outdoors, whether that be playing golf with friends or walking my spaniel in the countryside. I also play for a men’s Saturday football team which I love. Other than that I really just love being at work! I’m surrounded by a great team who I call friends and I feel very lucky to enjoy doing what I do.
