Main responsibilities

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team at HQ to help with the events side of the business. You will be providing food and beverage services as part of our hospitality offering. You will be fully immersed in the team and work within it to provide an amazing events experience for our customers. EHO compliance is a big part of this role, we have all the infrastructure in place and will train you on everything we need to do.


Ideal candidate

  • Proven experience in a corporate catering or luxury hotel environment
  • Excellent people skills
  • Passion about food and customer service
  • Amazing culinary skills
  • High standards and be quality driven
  • Good organisational & communication skills
  • Able to work on your own and be a great team player
  • A ‘Can do’ attitude
