Four Gables Group was formed in 2011 and is based in Ashtead, Surrey serving London and the South East.

There are two sides of the business. Four Gables Events provides hospitality for weddings, corporate events, fine dining dinner parties and much more. Four Gables Contract Management is a contract catering business that provides “in house” hospitality to a business or attraction.

We are a team of creative individuals who are very serious about what we do but don’t like to take ourselves too seriously!


The Role

We are looking for someone with experience in the hospitality world who loves all things customer service. We are an ambitious events company that loves to get creative, we want to find that person to help us grow.

We would love that person to head up the front of house side of our operation and ensure we develop and deliver our standard. We would want you to be very hands on in terms of client liaising, ensuring a seamless process from enquiry to delivery of the event.

The role itself will be based at our office in Ashtead over 40 hours a week. We typically deliver three events per week both during the week and over the weekend.

– “pick up the ball and run with it” we are doing thing well but always want to evolve and develop – we want your knowledge and expertise to shape what we do.

– “Presenting” ensuring that we deliver everything that we do in an innovative and creative way.

– “Planning” attending weekly function sheet meetings and creating rotas around business needs.

– “Hygiene” and health & safety – ensuring that the team operates in a professional manner.

– “Teamwork” work with the wider team to ensure we keep taking big strides forward.

– “Have fun” enjoy what you do.
